What do I need to know about my first class?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. We can check you in and make sure you have everything you need. Prepare for 45 minutes of high energy and slow tempo exercises! Class is limited to 10 people, so your instructor will be able to help answer questions or show any modifications needed.

What should I bring to class?
We recommend having a water, a small towel for sweat, and mandatory grip socks. If you forgot or don’t have any of these items, the studio sells everything you need!

What is the format of a Lagree class?
Lagree is a high intensity, low impact, method that combines elements of pilates, strength training and cardio in slow controlled movements. All classes are 45 minutes. There are 4 blocks during each class, each targeting different muscle groups: center core, obliques, upper body, and lower body.

How do I sign up for class?
You can sign up for class online through the website under PURCHASE, by emailing the studio, or in person.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have 4 hour cancellation windows. If you don’t cancel prior to the 4 hours before class start time, you will be charged $15. If you do not show up, you will be charged $20. You will get your class credit back.

Do I have to pre-register for class?
Yes, we are a pre-registration only studio. You must register for a spot in class. You can do this through our purchase tab. New class schedules are updated weekly. You can pre-book for your class 1 week in advance.
